Terms of Service

These terms describe the service provided by Alone.Plus through Weeeeek and its related website pages. The app is licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement; these service terms supplement that license and do not replace it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

1. Service Purpose

Weeeeek is a task and focus app for weekly planning, task management, reminders, and focus sessions. Features may include week/month views, task status management, local notifications, widgets, Live Activities, optional iCloud sync, and optional "Support the Developer" purchase.

2. Eligibility and Responsibility

You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules
You are responsible for content you create in tasks, including titles, notes, and attached context
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you enter
You should keep your own backups for important data where appropriate

Minors should obtain parent or guardian guidance and any consent required by applicable law, particularly for purchases. No Alone.Plus account is required for core features.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful activity or abuse
Attempt unauthorized access, disruption, or attacks against service infrastructure
Misrepresent the app as an official service of a third party

4. Notifications and Live Activities

Reminder notifications and Live Activities depend on iOS policies, device state, and your settings; delivery may be delayed, grouped, silenced, or unavailable
Task titles and progress shown in widgets, notifications, on the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island may be visible to people around your device; you are responsible for judging content sensitivity

The app is a planning aid, not an emergency alarm or a guaranteed reminder service for safety-critical activities.

5. iCloud Sync and Third-Party Services

iCloud sync is optional and depends on Apple iCloud/CloudKit availability and account status
“Support the Developer” is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. The price and currency are shown before purchase. Apple processes payment and refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple account used for purchase to restore support status. Core task features do not require this purchase
Third-party outages, policy changes, or restrictions may affect related features

Turning off sync does not delete existing cloud copies. Moving a task to the trash is reversible; permanent deletion is not. Sync may propagate deletions to other devices. Keep an independent copy of important information, and manage device backups and iCloud storage separately.

6. Feature Availability and Changes

As the project evolves, features may be added, changed, paused, or discontinued.
Some capabilities may vary by device, operating system, or platform restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for content you create, the app, branding, interface, and implementation are owned by alone.plus or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interruptions, reminder failures, or data risks caused by device conditions, network, third-party platforms, or system-level policies.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Material updates to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
