These terms govern your use of Weeeeek and related pages under alone.plus.

1. Service Purpose

Weeeeek is a task and focus app for weekly planning, task management, reminders, and pomodoro sessions. Features may include week/month views, task status management, local notifications, Live Activities, optional iCloud sync, and optional "Support the Developer" purchase.

2. Eligibility and Responsibility

You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules
You are responsible for content you create in tasks, including titles, notes, and attached context
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you enter
You should keep your own backups for important data where appropriate

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful activity or abuse
Attempt unauthorized access, disruption, or attacks against service infrastructure
Misrepresent the app as an official service of a third party

4. Notifications and Live Activities

Reminder notifications and Live Activities depend on iOS policies, device state, and your settings; delivery may be delayed, grouped, silenced, or unavailable
Content shown on the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island may be visible to people around your device; you are responsible for judging content sensitivity

5. iCloud Sync and Third-Party Services

iCloud sync is optional and depends on Apple iCloud/CloudKit availability and account status
Optional "Support the Developer" purchases are processed by Apple App Store / StoreKit, and billing/refund rules follow Apple's policies
Third-party outages, policy changes, or restrictions may affect related features

6. Feature Availability and Changes

As the project evolves, features may be added, changed, paused, or discontinued.
Some capabilities may vary by device, operating system, or platform restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for content you create, the app, branding, interface, and implementation are owned by alone.plus or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interruptions, reminder failures, or data risks caused by device conditions, network, third-party platforms, or system-level policies.
