Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Weeeeek and related pages on alone.plus.

1. Data We Process

When you use the app, the following categories of data may be processed:

Task content you create: title, notes, status, priority, start time, reminder time, estimated duration, and similar fields
Pomodoro-related records: timer duration, start/end time, and session state used for countdown and completion records
App preferences: theme, accent color, week start day, time format, swipe-action preferences, iCloud sync toggle, and similar settings
Reminder and open-route metadata: task/session identifiers and timestamps used by local notifications and deep links

Notifications permission: used for todo start reminders and pomodoro completion reminders (local notifications)
Live Activities (system capability): used to display active pomodoro status on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
iCloud account status check: used only when you turn on iCloud sync

Current versions of Weeeeek do not request Photos, Camera, Microphone, Contacts, or Location permissions.

You can revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

By default, Weeeeek stores task and settings data on your device (SwiftData / UserDefaults)
Weeeeek does not require an account to use core task features
In the current version, task content is not uploaded to alone.plus managed servers
If you enable iCloud sync, relevant data is synced via Apple CloudKit across devices under your Apple account

Network transfer is limited to Apple platform services you enable (for example, iCloud / App Store).

We do not sell your task data. Data may be disclosed only when necessary:

To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests
To provide features you enable (for example, Apple iCloud sync and Apple StoreKit transactions)
To protect the security, integrity, and reliability of the service

Weeeeek may rely on the following third-party platform services:

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store your bank card or similar payment instrument details.

You can edit or delete tasks and pomodoro records in the app
Removing the app clears on-device local data
If iCloud sync is enabled, synced copy changes and deletions follow Apple's sync behavior
You may contact us if you need help clarifying deletion behavior

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the effective date.
