Precious Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Precious and related pages on alone.plus. By using Precious, you agree to these terms.

Product Purpose

Precious helps you save cherished objects and display those records in the app and iOS widgets. It is not an inventory management, asset valuation, insurance, custody, or backup service.

Your Content

You retain rights to the object records, notes, and images you create. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to import, store, and display the images or text you add, and that your content does not violate the rights, privacy, or lawful interests of others.

You may not use Precious to store or display unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Local and iCloud Data

Precious primarily relies on your device, App Group storage, and your private iCloud to store app data and widget display resources. You are responsible for managing your device, iCloud, system backups, and Apple ID security. alone.plus cannot guarantee recovery of data lost from your device, iCloud, or backups.

App Store and Platform Services

Precious is distributed through the Apple App Store. Downloads, updates, refunds, Family Sharing, system permissions, iCloud, WidgetKit, and other Apple platform capabilities are provided by Apple and governed by Apple's terms and policies.

Availability and Changes

Precious is in final polish before release. Features, visuals, data structures, widget behavior, and system requirements may change. We will try to avoid disrupting existing data, but we do not promise that every feature will remain available or unchanged.

Disclaimers

Precious is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about continuous availability, data integrity, image processing results, widget refresh timing, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, alone.plus and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages, or for loss of data, images, profits, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use Precious.

Termination

If you violate these terms, or if required by law, we may restrict related pages, support, or future service access. You may stop using Precious and delete the app at any time.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Precious means you accept the updated terms.
