These terms govern your use of the 举牌 app and its related pages on alone.plus.

1. Service Purpose

举牌 is an iOS electronic sign app that turns an iPhone or iPad into a bold full-screen display. Current features include big text signs, score signs, marquee signs, custom templates, portrait and landscape layouts, mirrored display, countdown reveal, and keeping the screen awake during presentation.

2. Eligibility and Responsibility

You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules
You are responsible for the text and templates you create, edit, and display
You are responsible for deciding whether displayed content is appropriate for the location, audience, and publishing platform
The current version has no cloud backup or recovery feature; you should keep any records you need for important templates

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, or abuse
Display content that violates the rights, privacy, or lawful interests of others
Use the app to disrupt public order, harm others, or commit deception
Misrepresent 举牌 as an official service of a third party

4. Filming and Public Display

举牌 is designed for text, scores, and reactions that may be shown to cameras or people around you. You are responsible for displayed content and its context, and must follow the rules of filming locations, event organizers, and publishing platforms.

5. Local Data and Device Conditions

Templates and preferences are stored only on your device and are not synced through iCloud or alone.plus servers
Deleting templates, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app may permanently remove local data
Presentation behavior, screen wake prevention, mirroring, and layouts may vary with device conditions and operating system behavior

6. Feature Availability and Changes

As the project evolves, features may be added, changed, paused, or discontinued. Some capabilities may vary by device, operating system, region, or App Store restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for content you create, the app, branding, interface, and implementation are owned by alone.plus or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including display mistakes, local data loss, or issues caused by device conditions, operating systems, or third-party platform rules.
