These terms govern your use of Shape of Heart (project codename: memento) and related pages under alone.plus.

1. Service Description

Shape of Heart is designed to help you record and revisit memory details, including features such as timeline browsing, calendar recall, On This Day, filtered search, import/export, and optional sync.
As the product evolves, features may be added, changed, paused, or discontinued.

2. Eligibility and Environment

You must use the service on supported devices and software environments
Some features depend on Apple services (such as iCloud), and availability may vary based on your Apple account and service status
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and platform rules

3. Your Content and Responsibilities

You are responsible for content you create, upload, or import, and for having the rights to use it
You keep your ownership of your content
You grant us the limited rights necessary to process, store, display, and sync content solely to provide service features

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful conduct, harassment, or abusive behavior
Perform unauthorized attacks, probing, interference, or disruption of service infrastructure
Abuse automation in ways that degrade service stability

5. Third-Party Services and External Data

The service may rely on third-party platforms (such as Apple iCloud and the App Store)
For imported external data files, you are responsible for lawful source and use
Third-party outages, policy changes, or restrictions may affect related features

6. Intellectual Property

Except for content you create, the app, branding, interface, and implementation are owned by alone.plus or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party services, network conditions, device limitations, force majeure, or other reasonably uncontrollable factors.

8. Suspension, Updates, and Contact

We may take reasonable restriction measures if required by law or if these terms are violated.
Material updates to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
